Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
3. Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully happy with our cleaning, contact us within 24 hours and we’ll return to make it right — at no additional cost.
4. Liability
MaidBee is insured and bonded. However:

We are not liable for pre-existing damage or wear.

We do not assume responsibility for valuable or fragile items not disclosed before service.

Our cleaners are trained to respect your property and privacy at all times.
5. Safety and Access
To ensure a safe and efficient service:

Please provide entry instructions before your scheduled cleaning.

Our staff cannot move heavy furniture, climb ladders, or handle hazardous materials.
6. Use of Website
By using the MaidBee website, you agree not to misuse or attempt to disrupt its functionality. All website content — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is owned by MaidBee and protected by copyright law.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of our website or services indicates your acceptance of any revised terms.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Maidbee Residential Cleaning Services (“Maidbee,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By booking services with Maidbee or using our website, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services Provided
Maidbee provides residential cleaning services in Orange County, California, including but not limited to:

Standard home cleaning

Deep cleaning
-
Move-in / move-out cleaning

Recurring cleaning services
Service details, pricing, and scope are confirmed at the time of booking.
2. Booking and Payment

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.

We accept approved electronic payment methods.

Pricing is based on home size, condition, and requested services.

Additional charges may apply for excessive dirt, clutter, pet hair, biohazards, or undisclosed conditions.
Failure to submit payment may result in cancellation of future services.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduleling

We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be charged up to 50% of the scheduled service fee.
We reserve the right to cancel services due to unsafe conditions, weather emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Access to Property
Clients must provide safe and timely access to the property.
If our team cannot access the home at the scheduled time, a lockout fee may apply.
Clients are responsible for:

Securing pets

Removing hazardous materials

Informing us of fragile or valuable items
5. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are dissatisfied with your cleaning:

You must notify us within 24 hours of service.

We may return to re-clean the affected area at no additional charge.

Refunds are issued at our discretion.
We do not guarantee removal of permanent stains, mold, discoloration, or pre-existing damage.

6. Damages & Liability
Maidbee is insured for residential cleaning operations.
If damage occurs:

The client must notify us within 24 hours.

We may repair, replace, or reimburse at our discretion.

Liability is limited to the cost of the damaged item.
We are not responsible for:

Pre-existing damage
-
Normal wear and tear
-
Improperly installed items
-
Fragile items not disclosed in advance

Cash, jewelry, or unsecured valuables
Clients agree to secure valuables before service.
7. Health & Safety Conditions
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if:

The environment poses health or safety risks
-
There is evidence of hazardous waste, mold infestation, hoarding conditions, or biohazards

Aggressive pets are present
Additional fees may apply for extreme conditions.
8. Recurring Services
Recurring clients (weekly, biweekly, monthly):

May receive discounted rates

Must provide 24-hour notice to skip a scheduled cleaning

May be subject to rate adjustments with notice
We reserve the right to adjust recurring pricing with prior notice.
9. Website Use
By using our website, you agree:

10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under California law:

11. Force Majeure
We are not liable for service delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including:
